Analyses unveil connections, differences, influential factors and prognosis value.

According to target-setting they are regularly part of consulting projects. However, they also can be generated completely abstracted from the strategy part. Because some clients (still) do not at all target at ordering a project of extensive planning, (strategy-) advice and implementation support but emphasize above all on the analysis part, that describes their present situation.

An analysis includes normally the following steps:

- Problem definition
- Research design
- Data ascertainment and - logging
- Aggregation of information
- Evaluation
- Presentation of the results

In so far as a project should show priorily analytic character, several research approaches are possible, individually or combined, that we understand as products, and are represented in more detail.

Most of these analysis products are based on instruments, that we brought to you under the heading of Research in more detail.

Normally, the analysis leads to the formulation action recommendations. However, they are not the main focus of this form of study, in contrast to the strategy paper but complete the research part. With analyses, the insights therefore stand thus in the foreground.
