Our analytical approach:
“The whole is more than the sum of its parts” is a theorem often claiming validity. However, analysts should clarify with the greatest possible lucidity the plausibility of its different parts. With this knowledge in mind the meaning and sense of the whole can finally be assessed.

We try to get the issue exactly explained by our clients. We then divide up the object of research into subparts we may examine separately. Not until the beginning of the evaluation phase, the separately gathered intelligence is to be brought together again. From this results new insights for our clients. This approach facilitates to work accurately on subprocesses which with an aggregated examination would otherwise stay obscure. Correlations and interdependencies are thus recognized.

Our speed of reaction:
Speediness is known to be an increasingly important factor for success. This is particularly true in connection with information as merchandise. Through deliberately flat and flexible structures, a generally quick grasp and a highly motivated team, as a rule short-term or ad-hoc we get started with your inquiry and always deliver results within the agreed deadline.

Our communication techniques (Expert interviews):
Of course, with all inquiries brought to us we review all relevant secondary sources, to what extent they may contain current and topical statements. We have access at our disposal to important online and offline databases. Of course, researches on the internet are mastered by our analysts perfectly.

Yet often we discover that in view of a concrete and definite inquiry, clients do not have enough data at hand. Then we work on a suitable research design and elicit data via telephone and/or personal interviews ourselves. We position orders in a convincing manner and thus get mostly quite pointed statements from experts we contact.

We attach greatest importance to reliable validity and adequate size of survey samples.

Our focus on the function “Marketing”:
We see ourselves as Marketing experts. Inquiries exceeding our discipline such as balancing and accounting, we refer to specialised colleagues within BDU (our German professional association). Our concentration on one sole management segment has the advantage of having been able to build up very thorough-going and deep knowledge.

Within the value-added chain “Marketing” we cover inhouse “Marketing Research” as well, i.e. data surveys (online, libraries, field: telephone, personal and on-site), aggregate data and evaluate them in order to finally develop our recommendations for action.

After the drawing up of the final report and its presentation in front of the client, we offer Marketing support for, e.g. acquisition run-ups, schedule planning and negotiations management as well. We train experts at clients' further more in research methodology and questionnaire techniques.

Our understanding as generalists:
We have not developed any special focus for industries but cover principally the whole B2B area on the whole. The Marketing instruments developed by us can be applied to almost all kinds of projects. Occasionally we consult pronounced industry specialists.
