Our consulting approach

The field of management consulting is wide. According to a survey of the Handelsblatt, consultants are asked for advice in the following cases: the purpose of process optimization (70 %), strategic realignment (51 %), plans for expansion (M&A) (14 %) or in overcoming crises (13 %).

Usually it is about the development of visions, targets, eventually strategies or their tactical realization.

In contrast to the straight forward analysis, which illuminates the current situation, the strategy recommendation is what we, building on our empirical results, find out by evaluating the entire relevant data.

A sound analysis therefore stands at the beginning of every strategy derivation of the research object itself as well as its surroundings. The analysis is thus an essential component of a consulting project, that is however extended for the planningdimension.


Focus on the marketing conception

We see ourselves as Marketing specialists. Of course as economists, we zoom out of our original focus to look at related subject matters. Frequently, there occur also interdependences to other business functions.

One of our principles: We take on only such projects, about which we know that we can process competently. Therefore, we decided to set our focus somewhat more narrowly, however all the more into the depth.

The world of Marketing is already an individual cosmos for itself. An optimist, who thinks, he has a grasp of all facets. Even after over 1,000 projectshandled, we still discover new aspects and challenges.
