We try to balance them as follows:

- Date keeping is top priority. Thus arranged deadlines are kept without fail. Here, prospective project management and capacity planning as well as flexible working hours help us.

- Quality is of course another big issue. On the basis of our long-time and close cooperation with international top consultancies, we internalized their well-known high standards. Furthermore, we are continuously undergoing checks of our professional organization BDU and collaborate in the relevant work groups.

- As a team with efficient structures, we charge at moderate rates, depending on the intensity of the cooperation with our clients, of course. We may offer discounts, for instance in research projects.

The following principles are important to us:

- We take on only those projects we know to be able to process
competently
- We take references and complaints of our clients extremely seriously
- A job is only regarded as settled, if the client affirms his satisfaction.

Because only from a success achieved by our client we benefit in the end.
