Marketing Mix

The combined usage of the marketing instruments

Strategies represent a trendsetting, binding action framework and are taken alone not suitable for itself to reach targets. Strategies always need instruments for their realization. In marketing, the following instruments are classically called "The Four Ps":

(1) Product policy
(2) Price policy
(3) Promotion policy
(4) Distribution policy (Place)

These fields for marketing policies represent the third level of the marketing universe beside marketing targets and strategies. As marketing consultants, we therefore want to help not only to formulate targets and strategies but also to fathom these parameters.

Is not only the singular optimization of each individual parameter but the optimal combination of all that counts, however. The optimal mixture of this is called marketing mix.
