Logistics optimization

Supply Chain management
Modern logistics describes a holistic approach that comprises procurement, in-house goods streams to marketing strategy. You may define, e.g., from which step of the operational net value added chain you want (new) logistical support.

Outsourcing, i.e., the transfer of business processes to external independent third parties, has been an important topic for at least 10 years. Only in that way, they can devote themselves fully to their core competences.
Strategic outsourcing is of major importance in the IT area and in the human resource area. German companies may gain a lot nowadays by hiring some firm for procurement. Partially, also Controlling processes (planning and accounting, reporting etc.), are assigned to third party management consulting firms.
Also in strategically less relevant areas such as the outsourcing of the factory canteen or cleaning, we can be helpful with the selection of suitable external service providers.
